We live in an achievement-driven society where satisfaction remains elusive, measuring ourselves through what we consume, what we achieve, and how we appear. In this endless pursuit of status symbols, what lies at the core of our seeking? Which meaningful aspects of life do we sacrifice along the way? If we look closely at these hallmarks of success, perhaps we'll find evidence of a life not fully lived, mere byproducts of a system where worth is reduced to what can be seen, owned, and validated.
This is why we created LowStatus, a symbol to question the symbols. An invitation to explore what shapes our understanding of worth and success, and how we might redefine these for ourselves. We will never do away with status, nor should we. Instead, we aim to transform it, guided by our belief that the supreme is invisible.
